If you're not happy with the work I do, I'll refund you any money you've paid me for my work for an invoice issued within the past 30 days. The 30 day period begins at the time my invoice is issued (not from the time you paid me).
This guarantee does not apply to any money you've paid to a third party, whether you paid them directly or you paid me and I paid them. Third party fees can include such things as scripts (shopping cart, forum), stock photos, hosting and domain name fees, and sub-contractors.
If you request a refund, I reserve the right to undo any work to your website that would have been covered by the refunded payment, and I will not refund any money until you give me access to undo such work.
